Yurie H. Alexander, 55 of Sedalia, Missouri; formerly of Micronesia passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at her home.

Yurie was born June 30, 1966 in Micronesia the daughter of Hernest Rotenis and Story (Angey) Rotenis.  She married Tenry N. Alexander in 1984 in Micronesia.  The couple resided briefly in Hawaii prior to moving to Sedalia in 2007.  Yurie was employed at Tyson Foods.  She enjoyed singing.

Survivors include her husband, Tenry; five daughters: Denia Alexander of Hamilton, OH; Ginda Alexander of Russellville, AR; Lucy Alexander of Hamilton, OH; Reatein Alexander of Russellville, AR and Beyonca Alexander of Knob Noster, MO; two sons: Denty Alexander of Knob Noster, MO and Dexan Alexander of Warrensburg, MO; four sisters and three brothers.  She was preceded in death by her parents, son: Alexander Alexander and brother, Enis Rotenis.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 25 ^th at Apostolic Church International of Micronesia in La Monte. Interment will follow at the Knob Noster Cemetery.

The family will receive friends starting at 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 24 ^th at the church.
