Tesio Yerem, 59 of Sedalia, Missouri passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at his residence.

Tesio was born June 31, 1964 in Chuuk, Micronesia, son of Atasio Peset and Sokopet Peset. After graduating high school, he was united it marriage to Espera Yerem. Tasio's employment history included being a tour guide in Chuuk, food processing at Tyson in Sedalia, and being a pastor at the International Church of Micronesia in La Monte and Apostolic Church of Micronesia in Knob Noster. He enjoyed travelling.

Survivors include his wife: Espera Yerem; daughters: Evangleen Yerem; Joyceleen Yerem; Antrianne Yerem; son: Yerem Yerem; grandchildren: Hokulani Aisek; Ephraim Yerem; sisters: Selelyn Yerem; Daisy Yerem; and brother: Saplan Yerem. He is preceded in death by his parents: Atasio Peset; Sokopet Peset; brother: Benter Yerem; and sisters: Betera Yerem and Maraia Yerem.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2023 at the International Church of Micronesia in La Monte, Missouri. Interment will follow at Knob Noster Cemetery in Knob Noster, Missouri.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon at the church.
