Triscel E. "Ted" Martin, 80 of Warsaw, Missouri; formerly of Holden Passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Warsaw Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Ted was born November 3, 1939 in Lafayette County, Missouri to Lavenna Martin.  At the age of one week, he was given to Ruth & Triscel Anderson.  Ruth raised him as her own with the love only a mother could. Ted was united in marriage to Larena Jane Bachamp on September 29, 1957 at St. Joseph, Missouri.  Ted retired from General Motors and went to work for Holden Police Department, where he retired as Chief of Police.  He was an active member of First Presbyterian Church and Holden sports.  He was also an avid hunter and fisherman. The couple moved to Warsaw two years ago.

Survivors include his wife: Larena; son: Gene Martin (Maxine); son: Skip Martin (Alesia); daughter: Sharon Jeffrey (Steven); twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth and stepfather, Don Hahn; one grandson, Steven Jeffrey, II; one great grandson, Harley Thomas and several birth brothers and sisters.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 7 ^th at Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden with Pastor Tim Whitmore officiating. Interment will follow at Bluff Springs Cemetery, North of Kingsville.

The family will receive friends, one hour prior to service, Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial Contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
