Russell E. Hamment, 50 of Belton, Missouri; formerly of Kingsville passed away Sunday, November 21, 2022 at Beautiful Savior Nursing Facility in Belton.

Russell was born January 24th, 1972 in Warrensburg, Missouri to John F. and Coleta (Perkins) Hamment. He was raised by John F. and Geraldine (Lewis) Hamment in Kingsville, Missouri having graduated High School there in 1991. Russell lived in several different towns before moving to Belton. He enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, and singing. Russell loved to laugh and make people laugh. He would dress up as a clown and go to local care centers to brighten the senior citizens day. He was a very caring and giving person and loved to talk about anything. He accepted Christ and is now in Heaven with those he loves.

Survivors Survivors include: his brother, Earl Hamment of Raymore,MO; sisters, Jennifer Wright of Bakersfield, CA; Rhonda Bailey (Christopher) of Phoenix, AZ and Christy Raven (Randy) of Pittsburg, MO; three nieces and three nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John Hamment; his mother, Gerry Hamment; sister, Cathy Harlan; biological mother, Coleta ; and his long time sweetheart, Billis.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10 ^th at Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden with Pastor John McRoy of Kingsville Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Wall Cemetery, south of Holden.

The family will receive friends, one hour prior to service, Saturday at Williams.
