Raymond Allen Shore, 85 of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at his home.

Raymond was born March 7, 1939 in Columbus, Missouri, son of Charley and Florence (Cline) Shore. Following graduation from College High, he started his lifelong career in farming around the Warrensburg area. During this time, he simultaneously worked in construction and bricklaying until retiring in the early 1980s. Raymond was passionate about farming and cattle.

He is survived by his children: Dennis Shore; Darryl Shore; Diane Larkin (Dwayne); Darren Shore (Tammy); six grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents: Charlie and Florence Shore; sister: Charlotte Bell; brother: Calvin Shore; and two daughters-in-law: Pamela Shore; and Teresa Shore.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 30, 2024 at the Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Columbus with Pastor Tim Whitmore officiating.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Crossroads Hospice in care of the funeral home.
