Ok Ja "Kim" Speitel, 95 of Knob Noster, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Warrensburg Manor Care Center.

Kim was born on April 14, 1931, in Incheon, South Korea. On July 22, 1957 she was united in marriage to Walter H. Speitel in Seoul, South Korea. As a military wife, she moved with Walter to many places, including NY, New York, Massachusetts, France, New Jersey, Missouri, Japan, and Colorado. She proudly worked at Hewlett-Packard in Colorado Springs for many years before retiring. Upon her husband's death in 1998, Kim lived with her daughters in California, New Mexico, and Illinois before moving back to Missouri.

Kim was a devoted wife and mother.  She enjoyed traveling, cooking for her family, and watching "The Price Is Right."

Kim is survived by her daughter, Mona Maham (Dan); and her grandsons, Devin Herrmann, Sean Herrmann (Karis) and Rudy Maham. Kim enjoyed her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great, great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter H. Speitel; and her beautiful daughter, Maria Speitel.
