Lois Lucille Ott of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021 at her home.

Lois was born October 30, 1940, the daughter of F.L. Stoneking and Opal (Duckett) Stoneking. She was united in marriage to Marion "Dude" Ott on December 5, 1962 in Warrensburg, Missouri. Shortly after, she was employed at the old shoe factory in Warrensburg prior to starting her family. She was a housewife for the following years, taking care of her family and making sure there was always food on the table. Lois was active in the PTO at school. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include: daughters: Lorinda Ott and Holly Sapp (Trent); grandchildren: Nadalie Truex; Amelia Hernandez (Michael) and Nicole Hammond (Cody); great grandchildren: Emma Sue; Elena Marie and Everly Mae; sister-in-law: Suzi Stoneking; many nieces and nephews; and her best friends: Bettie Wade and Judy Cline.  She was preceded in death by her parents: F.L. Stoneking and Opal Stoneking; husband: Marion "Dude" Ott; sisters: Freda Withers and Jerry Peery; and brothers: Robert Cowen and James Stoneking.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg with Rev. Sid Tiller of Northside Christian Church officiating. Interment will follow at Carpenter Cemetery in Chilhowee.

Memorials are suggested to the Carpenter Cemetery Association or Good Shepherd Hospice.
