LeRoy Gudde, 82 of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at his residence.

LeRoy Gudde was born December 22, 1938 in Holden, Missouri the son of Clarence Gudde and Christina (Brockhaus) Gudde. He graduated high school in Marshall. LeRoy was united in marriage to Neva Ruth Herd on August 22, 1959. The couple resided in Colorado Springs while LeRoy served in the military.  In 1963, they returned to Warrensburg. LeRoy's main occupation was farming, but he also worked Diehl Tire for 35 years, Swishers for 10 years, as well as driving a water truck for Gudde & Gudde Trucking for a handful of years.  LeRoy was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warrensburg for many years. He also enjoyed rebuilding cars, trucks and tractors.

Survivors include his son: Randy Gudde of Warrensburg, MO; two grandchildren: Christine (Adam) Hanley and Anna-Elizabeth Huff (Matthew Smith), all of Warrensburg; great grandchildren: Oakley Hanley; Layton Hanley; Everett Smith and Elliott Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents and spouse.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg, Missouri.

Interment will follow at Warrensburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Andy Munsterman, Scott Munsterman, Tim Evert, Gary Krewson, John Richey "Biggin'" and David Diehl.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard Staples, C.L. Gudde, Mike Gudde and Bruce Bratten

There will be a Rosary Service from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday immediately followed by visitation from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in care of the funeral home.
