John Stanley Richey, 91 of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at his home.

He was born May 8, 1930 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Alfred John Richey and Eva Mae (Owens) Richey.  He attended elementary school at Liberty Country School, north of Warrensburg.  On December 1, 1995, John was united in marriage to Roxanna S. (Blackaby) Culbertson at Eureka Springs, Arkansas.  He was an auto parts salesman for several years.  His hobbies included golf and woodworking.  John also enjoyed dirt track racing.

Survivors include his wife: Roxanna; 2 sons: Jimmie Dale Richey (Margie) and Stanley Allan Richey; 3 daughters: Eva Mae Brucken (David); Joyce Elaine Gray (Randy) and Carol Ann Wetzel; and stepson: Christopher Allen Culbertson (Alysha) 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of Life Service 12:00 p.m. Monday, January 17 ^th at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg, with Dr. Randy Gray officiating.  Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery, north of Warrensburg.  The family will receive friends, one hour prior to service, Monday at the funeral home.
