He was born September 12, 1936, in Kingsville, Mo., to Arthur and Dorothy (Jones) Briner and graduated from Kingsville High School in 1954. Bill is survived by his wife of the home; daughters, Andra (Mark) Truitt, Littleton, Colo., Sammeria (Otis) Miller, St. Simons Island, Ga. , and Monica (Damon) Rau, Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Bobbie Sack, Lee's Summit, Mo.; his grandchildren—Ellen, Austin, Trent, Savannah, Cannon, and Dakota; and his great-grandchildren—Brooks, Georgia, and Rush.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Angela Briner; a son, Brad Farmer; a sister, Peggy Neger; and his two brothers, Harold Briner and Jerry Briner.
Interment will take place at the Kingsville Cemetery.
