Gary was born August 21, 1942 in Baudette, Minnesota.  He was raised in Milwaukee, until joining the United States Air Force at the age of seventeen.  He was united in marriage to Pearl Tyler on August 9, 1961 in Warrensburg.  Gary was employed with Unitog, where he served as Union President.  Upon his retirement, for the past ten years, he and Pearl became Missouri State Campground Hosts, where they enjoyed meeting new people.  Gary was Past President of Johnson County Coon Hunters Association; as well as being Vice President of the Warrensburg Chapter of Jaycees.  He was active as a coach and Umpire in all youth sports with the Jaycees.  Gary was also scoutmaster for Troop #513 for several years.

Survivors include his loving wife of fifty seven years, Pearl of the home; Daughter: Shery (Dave) Fogle; son: Bill (Shannon) Weaver; all of Warrensburg, MO; two grandsons: Duston (Kelsey) Fogle and Andrew Fogle; of Warrensburg; two great grandchildren: Collin and Kinsley as well as many other family and friends.  Gary did not know a stranger.

Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 4th at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg with Rev. John Phillips officiating.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions are suggested to Boy Scout Troop #513 in care of the funeral home.
