It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Edward Lee Headley Jr. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the age of 41. He was an amazing father whose love for his work, trucks, and kids knew no bounds.

Junior was born January 19, 1984 in Jamestown, New York. He spent his life building his business from the ground up. He was a very skilled construction worker who took great pride in his work. It was his love for the simple things that defined him: his passion for his trucks which he cherished as much as his family, and the deep pride he took in being a father. He was always there for his children, teaching them new things every day, from teaching them how to work on their own vehicles to showing them just simple things in life.

Edward Lee Headley Jr. will deeply be missed for all who knew him, especially his family and friends. His story will forever be shared by the stories we tell and the lessons he taught us.

"Junior" is survived by his kids, Shyanne and Brandon Headley, along with the mother of his children, Raegan Headley all of Windsor; His mother, Linda Headley and companion, Bruce Austin, of Knob Noster; His sister, Cheryl Ham, of Floral city, Florida; and his father Edward Headley of Tampa Florida. He was proceeded in death by his brother, Mathew James Headley; his grandparents, Uncles, and Great Grandparents.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 17th at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg where we will honor the man who gave some much of himself to his family and friends. Interment will follow at Warrensburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service, Saturday at Williams.

There will be a celebration of life gathering afterwards at the Family's home.

Rest easy Junior, we will forever miss and love you. Till we meet again.
