Dolores Lee Rinehart, 90 of Holden, Missouri passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at Ignite St. Mary's Medical Clinic in Lee's Summit.

Dolores was born July 31, 1932 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of James Daniel Gallup and Anna Marie (Richards) Gallup.  She graduated from 8th grade at St. Anne School in 1948. She was united in marriage to Jack Eugene Rinehart on June 27, 1950 in Independence where the couple initially made their home.  They raised their family in Blue Springs.  In 1996, Dolores moved to Harrisonville.  She had been a Holden resident since 2006. She was a mother and homemaker.  She loved to sing and her hobbies included sewing, crocheting and canning. In 1984, she began breeding and raising Sheltie Dogs, which she continued doing until 2005. Dolores was known for her peach cobblers.  She was a member of River of Life Church in Kingsville.

Survivors include her daughter: Mary Katherine Thomas (Bob) of Centerview, MO; two sons: Gary Lee Rinehart (Linda) of Raytown, MO and Daniel Morgan Rinehart of Harrisonville, MO; nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; son: Jack Eugene Gallup, Jr.; daughter: Debbie Lee McKinney and a sister: Katherine Ann.

There will be a Celebration of Life service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 15th at River of Life Church, in Kingsville.  A private interment will take place at Buckner Cemetery at Buckner, Missouri at a later date.

Memorial Contributions may be left to River of Life Church.
