Debbie Milligan, 63 of Warrensburg, Missouri passed away Friday, March 20, 2020 at Warrensburg Manor Care Center.

Debbora Milligan was born June 27, 1956 in Columbia, Missouri, daughter of Harold Goodall and Fairy (Howe) Goodall. She attended high school in Holden, which is where she met her soon to be husband, Joseph.  The couple married shortly after and resided in Holden for many years to follow, where she was a dedicated housewife. Debbie was described as a people person and a person who would go out of her way to help anyone.  She was an avid dog lover, owning many of her own.

Survivors include her daughter: Cathy Tenderholt, of North Dakota; son: Jack Gee, of Stover, MO; sisters: Martha McKenzie, of Warrensburg, MO; Sandra Hawkins, of Boliver, MO; Toni Granado, of Knob Noster, MO; and brother: Willard Goodall, of Sunrise Beach, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband: Joseph Milligan; and parents: Fairy and Harold Goodall.

Due to the current CDC restrictions, services will be private.
