Carol Margaret Wilson, 89 of Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Country Club Care Center in Warrensburg, Missouri.

Carol was born July 4, 1933 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the daughter of William and Vera (Milroy) Bryan.  She graduated from high school in Minneapolis and received her undergraduate from the University of Minnesota.  She earned her Doctorate at MU in Columbia.  Carol was united in marriage to Kenneth Wilson in 1956 in Minneapolis.  They resided in the Minneapolis area until the mid 1960s.  Next, they lived in both Missouri and Illinois.  After Kenneth's passing, she eventually returned to Minneapolis.  Due to her family's extensive restaurant background, Carol taught Restaurant Management at several colleges in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.  She was of the Methodist faith.  She enjoyed traveling, having been to Europe several times.

Survivors include two sons: Scott Wilson (Beth) of Warrensburg, MO and Todd Wilson of St. Paul, MN; brother: David Bryan of Sacramento, CA and three grandchildren: Alex, Nick and Tori. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken; son, Doug; sister, Barbra Bryan and a brother, Bill Bryan.

A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled in the twin cities at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
