Allison Lee Collins, 38 of Independence, Missouri passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Lee's Summit Medical Center.

Allison was born July 15, 1986 in Warrensburg, Missouri, daughter of Kono Garba and Diana (Goodwin) Collins.  She graduated from Warrensburg High School. Her employment history included working as a caretaker in various locations, including Warrensburg, Lee's Summit, and Independence. Allison was a good friend, touching the lives of those she met. She was passionate about taking care of people, children, and music. She could light up a room with her smile.

Survivors include her father: Kono Garba; sisters: Yassimah Garba; Jackie Garba; brothers: John Lester Collins; Vincent Wade Collins; close cousins: Julie Morgan; Brittany Collins; partner: Jeremy Witkowski; and close friends: Angela Briscoe-Hudson; Amanda (Keller) Rowland; Jamie Trehan; Krissy Moon; and Rachael Talbert. She is preceded in death by her mother: Diana Collins.

Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg, Missouri.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
